Theme Rivet global header

Add whitespace and nowrap on site name lockup in global header.
Support Drupal's <button> and <nolink> menu items.
Support 2 levels of sub-menu items, instead of just one level of sub-menus.
Support pulling up the second sub-menu level into the first sub-menu level via a custom class rvt-c-header-menu__submenu-pullup
Support styling submenu nav items to look like Dropdown headings via custom class rvt-c-header-menu__submenu-heading.
