After Drupal 10.1 upgrade we starting facing an issue with media library (entity browser popup) getting freezed after uploading an image no other actions like editing alt text, or saving the image was possible.
Upon investigating an exsisting issue with focal_point module was found https://www.drupal.org/project/focal_point/issues/3371179 🐛 Overlay blocking image upload modal in Drupal 10.1 Fixed , this issue seems to be have been closed and fixed in the latest version of focal_point module version 2.0.2.
As acquia_cms_image locks focal_point to version 2.0@alpha version restricting to upgrade focal point to latest version.
Update the composer.json file in the Acquia CMS Image Module to 'drupal/focal_point:^2.0'

This change is not required work perfectly fine with this change as well, just while running the update command add a composer flag to update with dependency `composer update drupal/focal_point -W`.
