settings config per language translations

So how should translations on theme configuration should be done?

First, complete each slide info in the main language.
Second, go to interface translation (/admin/config/regional/translate) and translate in your other language(s).
That's it!

This translates only the interface items
"Show slideshow"
"Show Slide 1"
"Slide Headline" etc

and not the actual config values.

We would like to have translated config values for each slide and logo
slide1:
Headline value
Image URL value
Slide Description value
Slide URL value
Slide Alt text value

Same for slide2 etc.

Same for logo, in order to have different pictures/text for each language.

All these should probably go under /admin/config/regional/config-translation
