Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "Drupal\serialization\Normalizer\NormalizerBase" not found in /opt/app-root/src/web/modules/contrib/sparql_entity_storage/src/Normalizer/NormalizerBase.php on line 13

add a serialization module dependencie in .info file
