The issue is not in Olivero theme.
Also the issue may be due to custom work in your theme.

Mobile menu - problem with

The menu on the computer works correctly.
With a mobile menu, all links - menu links - where is specified do not work properly.
When clicked, they expand and immediately collapse, not allowing you to select a submenu.
It only works correctly when any path to the node is provided, e.g. or ../node39, etc.
