Design a Project Browser logo for PWA

Problem/Motivation

The Project Browser initiative is looking for logos 📌 [Meta] Create a logo for a contrib module Active on each contributed module. The PWA module does not have a project browser logo yet.

Proposed resolution

Overlay the official PWA logo over the evergreen Drupal logo (link to zip file of Drupal brand logos). See attached concept.

Remaining tasks

Someone with better design skills than me should prepare the final logo.png and logo.svg files and commit them to the project root.

User interface changes

The PWA module will have a project browser logo, and will stand out among its peers. See current and future screenshots attached.
The module's UI itself will not change.
