Stacked columns

Problem/Motivation

I just added two columns and then found I needed a heading at the top of the two columns meaning I need a column at the top of the two columns that will run across the two columns.

I have met this scenario several times and would add a new section at the top and add the heading on the section. That is a whole new section to add a heading for another section.

Proposed resolution

It would be handy to have stacked column layouts.
