Example theme suggestion being used

The custom form element is currently still using the input__webform_example_element theme suggestion.

Seems like a small oversight; I'll create a PR where there the suggestion is input__webform_belgian_national_insurance_number_element. It' s a pretty long one; open for alternatives of course.
