It returns a 404. @inst Can you confirm Bandcamp.com support oEmbed?

Hm, yes that is may be the problem - that there is not a real embed provider.

bandcamp let you embed a file like this:
https://fthmlss.bandcamp.com/album/petrichor

Here I found a way to embed it in Wordpress: https://wordpress.com/support/audio/bandcamp/

@inst - Thanks for reporting back. That's unfortunate that Bandcamp doesn't support oEmbed. I'm going to go ahead and close this one as 'works as designed'.
