Ensure 'profile' is set for scope

Problem/Motivation

Although being set in https://git.drupalcode.org/project/social_auth_hid/-/blob/8.x-4.x/src/Hi..., looks like the 'profile' scope needs to be set in configuration too. In fact, any string will do, but `profile` is the one that HID requires.

Steps to reproduce

Leave the 'scopes' formfield empty with 4.x

Proposed resolution

Include the config as default

Remaining tasks

Make patch, check it can't be fixed in HidAuthManager.php
