Problem/Motivation

Owl Carousel 2 is deprectated in light of this "better" option however its very green in my opinion. Its missing the option to choose a lot of settings available in the Tiny Slider 2 project. One such setting which makes this module unviable is the fact that I cannot choose the transition effect from slide to fade. Many other config options would be desirable too.

    There is not a release that includes this feature yet so you would need to use the dev version of the module for now.

    Owl Carousel 2 was written in jQuery, Tiny Slider 2 is written in vanilla JS that's why this is considered a replacement going forward because Drupal will eventually remove jQuery. I will still maintain occasionally Owl Carousel 2 but I'm not accepting any feature requests in that module anymore.

    You're welcome to use Owl Carousel 2 if there's a feature not available in Tiny Slider 2 or you can implement it or pay someone to do it, we accept patches or merge requests :D
