Multiple facets form in the same page, cause the first only to work

Problem/Motivation

I created multiple facet form blocks using checkboxes, each one of them have one facet selected, the first one only filters the page and the url parameter changes, the others are ignored

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

I checked the form code, and it doesn't have the values in the form_state array, if the selected checkbox for the facet is not the first one.
