It happens randomly. Once, twice per day only on PROD when we have a lot of activities.
It uses Redis 3.2.3
PHP APCU CACHING: not active
PHP: 7.3.28
Drupal: 9.4.8
It appears once module was upgraded from Toolbar Menu 8.x-2.2 to 3.0.0 version.
Temporary solution: clearing Drupal cache every time once it appears.
May be someone faced with this before?
