Adjust submodule dependency namespacing

I don't believe this is a huge deal, but I noticed while looking into something else on a site of mine that two of the three submodules are not namespacing their dependencies on the PWA parent module in the format that Drupal now expects it → .

Merge request with a small fix to come.
