Describe differences (advantages / disadvantages) compared to Token Filter module

Problem/Motivation

Token Filter module → appears able to accomplish the same goal as Token Block (for any text field using a text format with that input filter configured).

Proposed resolution

Document known differences, ease of setup, possible performance implications, etc to help people choose the best module for their purpose.
