Blocks in Primary & Secondary Regions not showing

Problem/Motivation

I have a block in the Secondary region that's supposed to show up on a couple of content types (Business & Events)
I've tried adding a block to every page - even on Primary.
I just can't get Blocks to show

Steps to reproduce

Placed a basic text block on every page in either Primary or Secondary region and they will not display.

Would super appreciate any insight.

ugh - my fault - I had made the content area too narrow compared to the overall width...
reset to 1900 / 1800 for grid and content settings and it's all good.
