Drupal 9.5 compatibility

Problem/Motivation

Current version of the application is not compatible with Drupal 9.5. I think compatibility problems would have started with 9.3.

I have been using this patch for an Oracle migration source during the past 6 months. I do not know if this is enough to allow for a full Drupal installation in an Oracle database.

Proposed resolution

- Modernize for Drupal 9.5
- Test with Drupal 10.x

    This MR also allows for:

    1. Use TNS string to specify connection
    2. Add init commands to be executed before each connection
