Drush 12: Type of Drupal\key\Commands\KeyCommands::$logger must be ?Psr\Log\LoggerInterface

When using Drush 12, the commands file re-declares the logger variable and it does it in an incompatible way.

To resolve this, the logger declaration can be removed, since it is already declared upstream.

Sorry, just realized that this was already fixed in #3278542: Update $logger definition to be compatible with Drupal 10 → .
