Allow other media library openers to benefit from addFormAccess

Problem/Motivation

The access for the media library add form is taking care only of the field widget opener that is provided by core. This prevent other contrib modules and custom code to benefit from the provided functionality.

Proposed resolution

Remove the hardcoded opener id. This is because the access to add form should always check the access to add media in group regardless the source of the media library opener.
