[BO] Page that lists the Packager file entities

Problem/Motivation

On the provided screenshot, we can see the BO page that lists the Packager file entities (/admin/content/l10n-packager-file). I fixed missing fields that where listed in the L10nPackagerFileListBuilder, but the question is: what is the purpose of this page? What are the fields that need to be displayed? Do we need to add filtering options to certain fields?
