Consider limiting information disclosure for the Collections tab on content

Currently, a user who is able to view the Collections tab on a piece of content is able to see a list of all collections to which that content has been added and for which the user has view access. This could be considered to be too much information disclosure. Perhaps a better approach would be to limit the display to collections that the user can edit, as well as a summary note at the bottom (e.g. "And 2 other collections.")
