Add revision UI for HPT entities

This stuff was in the codebase, but I removed it because it was only compatible with 10.1.x+

But now D9 is dead and the production site we built this for is on D10.1.x.

Hopefully I can just revert those. Then we'll put out a new release that is compatible with 10.1.x+.
