Add option to remove group content when user join the group

Problem/Motivation

In the most of the cases we don't need information about group invitations. As a result the group content stays there, even if we don't use it. It affects performance of some quires, when we run it using group_content table.
Let's make it optional so users can decide which behavior they need.

1) Now user can decide to keep invitations or remove them, once user joined the group
2) Now we remove invitation when user is removed from the group
3) Added Kernel tests
