Validation does not work when SVG Image module is used

Problem/Motivation

The validation does not work in combination with the SVG Image → module. probably because both of these modules have fully overridden standard field widgets. If I am uninstalling SVG Image → then validation from this module is working. There should be a way to make this work along with the SVG Image module.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the SVG Image → module.
2. Install this module.
3. Edit the Image field and set the aspect ratio.
4. Start creating some content.
5. Upload an image, bigger or lower than the aspect ratio.
6. The bug is now visible. The image upload field doesn't show the restrictions on the aspect ratio of the image. You'll see that the upload proceeds without a hitch.
