Please try with the latest version of the Entity API module. I think this was already resolved by adding #[\AllowDynamicProperties] to the index entity’s base class, in issue 📌 PHP 8.2 - Fix deprecated dynamic properties Fixed .

This patch adds #[\AllowDynamicProperties] where required.
