Implement Search Functionality for JD Data Import Pages

Problem/Motivation

Users currently cannot search through the list of changes in the JD data imports, which can be inconvenient when dealing with large datasets. Providing a search feature would significantly enhance user experience and efficiency.

Steps to reproduce

  • Navigate to the JD data import pages.
  • Attempt to find a specific entry or entries matching certain criteria.

Proposed resolution

  • Implement a search box to filter results based on user input.
  • Allow for various search parameters (like make, type, date, keywords, etc.).
  • Update the UI to accommodate the new search feature with a user-friendly design.

  • Update the database query to include search filters.
