Offering to co-maintain auto_entityqueue

Problem/Motivation

The auto_entityqueue is a small module but still useful to some. I want to modernize it to the latest standards (Gitlab-CI, UnitTest and all). It seems that the module is not moving much, that's why I volonteer on taking care of MR and so on.
