Y Greater Brandywine is utilizing a “Promotion” content type that feeds promotional / ad content into feature cards or interstitial ads inside Activity Finder.

Promotions are timed pieces of content that allow content editors the flexibility to create a single promotion that can be placed in multiple locations on the site, without having to duplicate or manage content in multiple locations.
Required fields for title, image, start & end date / time.
Drupal should automatically post and remove the content based on the set start / end date and time.
Need a way to designate weight / order to promo items. Higher ordered promotion items would display before lower weighted items (if multiple promotions are set to display in the same component at the same time).
If a component allows for only a single piece of promo content to display at once (i.e. Modals) and more than 1 promotion is selected to display in that component, the higher ordered promo displays on the first page load, and so on…
Once there are no more promotions to display (or no promotions are scheduled), a default piece of content would replace the promotion.
