Update Drupal / PHP support

The module currently documents support for EOL versions of Drupal: 8 and 9.

In turn, this means supporting older PHP versions than those used by Drupal 10/11, thus restricting what features we can use.

We should only support current versions of Drupal and PHP to help move faster for upcoming releases.

Drop D8 and D9 support
