Provide better shipping address book select on checkout

That isn't really going to happen from the commerce_shipping module as this is more like a "theming" task and therefore should be improved from a theme.

Thank you jsacksick for your answer but i thing is not a theme task.
We have to change from a simple html select to something more complex like dropdown.

Dropdown to display complete address information with html.
