Pass event id in PrepareIndexMappingEvent & PrepareIndexEvent Events

PrepareIndexEvent & PrepareIndexMappingEvent events doesnt have any method to return getIndexId.

Add extra param to __construct function for index id.

Adding new getIndexId method to return the index ID in event subscriber.
