Drop Zone Layout Issue and Banner Component Slide Reordering Problem

Problem/Motivation

There are two main issues with the website after updating to Drupal 10.0.11:

1. The "Drop Zone" doesn't occupy 100% of the canvas layout just when creating or editing content.
2. The banner component, which includes a slide, experiences problems when attempting to reorder slide items. Changes in the order are not visually reflected instantly; users need to click "Apply" and re-enter the component edit mode to view the new ordering.

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce the issues:

1. Create or edit content.
2. Observe the Drop Zone not occupying 100% of the canvas layout.
3. Edit the banner component with a slide.
4. Attempt to rearrange items within the slide and notice that visual changes in order are not immediate. To see the new ordering, click "Apply" and return to the component editing mode.
