RebuildDocumentRemoteMediaByContent have a wrong namespace and can produce this error:
TypeError: in_array(): Argument #2 ($haystack) must be of type array, bool given in in_array() (line 98 of modules/contrib/views_bulk_operations/src/Service/ViewsBulkOperationsActionManager.php).
I had a patch from version 2 that generate RebuildDocumentRemoteMediaByContent.php, delete this patch:
