Decorative image option does not alter ALT text requirement as intend when using with layout builder

Problem/Motivation

The checkbox decorative image does not alter the ALT text required status when adding an image via layout builder.

Steps to reproduce

Install the following modules :
- Media
- Media Library
- Image Widget Crop
- Layout builder

Create a block type with a media (entity relation) field, in the form display options for that field, select image widget crop with decorative image option.

On your page, add a block of the type previously created by using layout builder (display button on the page).

When adding the image checking the decorative image box doesn't make the field optional or mandatory like it does when using the standart block interface, node edition, or via the media library.
