Fix tests after introduction of Symfony Mailer

📌 Add symfony/mailer into core RTBC updated \Drupal\Core\Test\FunctionalTestSetupTrait::initConfig() to always override the new sendmail_dsn config for tests.

Proposed resolution

Update the test expectations for that change.
