The simple_oauth_static_scope sub module provides 5 example static scopes. This is nice and helped me when first digging in to v6, but it would be nice if this was provided in a separate module so they can be disabled and not always be visible.
It looks like these could simply be a duplicate of scopes provided in the actual simple_oauth_static_scope_test testing module. Perhaps this is just a bug and they can be completely removed. But there might be something nice about an example module.
I suggest making a simple_oauth_static_scope_example module and putting it in the "Examples" category on the modules page.
