Update existing Service Provider Name

Problem/Motivation

Smartling would like to update our Service Provider Name from Smartling Global Fluency (D8) to Smartling (D7,D8, D9, D10) on the https://www.drupal.org/project/tmgmt → landing page.

Smartling Global Fluency is a product name that is no longer in use.

Here is our existing project. We support versions (D7,D8, D9, D10)
