Error when <br> included in allowed tags

Ok, took a bit to be able to demonstrate the error.

There are some broken tests in the module so I made a bunch of unrelated changes in MR 8 in order to get the unit tests running.

I've pushed a copy of the relevant commits to MR 9 and linked to the pipelines on MR 8 that show the test / fix commits.

Not applicable anymore after 🐛 parser error : Attribute lang redefined Fixed committed- thank you!
