Only title is editable with Layout Builder engaged in Drupal 10

Does not work with Layout Builder in Drupal 10

If the display is being managed through Layout Builder, Quick Edit will only render the title field as editable.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install clean Drupal 10 site
2. Add Quick Edit and test to ensure that it works (it does)
3. Enable Layout Builder
4. Configure display of content to use Layout builder
5. Edit display in layout builder, don't change anything, just save
6. Test Quickedit on content and it will only render title as editable

Proposed resolution

I'm not sure what the issue is so I can't suggest a resolution. There are no JavaScript errors and there are no PHP errors logged.
