Allow entry of specific pixel width

Hi,

We need to allow users to input specific value as well, this is handy to align the same width for multiple media images instead of dragging the handle.

I took some references on how ckeditor image_resize implement the custom dropdown, and created a composer patch.

Also uploading a diff file without lock changes for easier review.
