Problem/Motivation

Review changes made locally against latest dev version

This diff is between the code in 4.0.x_dev (downloaded from the tar.gz for that release) and local changes made in PHPstorm.

Not sure how to test this.

The code on the PHPStorm side does run in the latest 10.x version of Drupal both locally and on a hosted site. It passes all PHPCS tests. That said, it is not perfect.
