Upgrade the spatie/calendar-links up to the latest version

Problem/Motivation

It would be great to use the latest version of spatie/calendar-links, currently we are running the v1.7.1 and the latest one is: v1.8.5 just to address some fixes they implemented in that library

Upgrade the ludwig.json file to change the current version

Just a note.

The v1.8.5 of the library requires PHP8:

"require": { "php": "^8.0" }
If we upgrade Ludwig library to v1.8.5 it will not be usable for users with Drupal9 + PHP7.4 configuration.

But Drupal 9 is EOL few days ago, so I suppose such an update is ok.
