Views wizards integration

Problem/Motivation

In 📌 Make "trasheable" entities configurable Fixed , Marcos pointed out that if we disable trashing node/media, the views wizard will still try to exclude those.

We need to investigate what happens. E.g. if I create a view and I disable the integration afterwards (so the field is deleted) - I'm worry this might be a WSOD.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

- Document special casing nodes and media for site builders.
- Write automated tests for the views wizard integration with/without the setting enabled.
- Verify what happens when I disable and view was already created with the wizard.
- Ideally, write a test for that latter case.
