Before Drupalcon Lille 2023, @shaal wrote a .gitpod.yml file so that one can launch a Localize instance on Gitpod. This is really convenient for people who might not be willing to set up a local instance, or to test something on a brand new instance (see discussions on Slack). Now, shaal also mentioned that "setting up Prebuild is important, so people don't have to wait for the setup every time they open a workspace".

Prebuilds are not convenient, for security reasons. However, we could use manual snapshots instead.
