Can't seem to get it to work

I have added this module to my Drupal 9 + Commerce site but can't seem to get it to work. I downloaded the CSV template and did the Export Products. I have tried the I have CSV file for update and I have CSV file for import and I am not getting any errors on the page or in the error log file.

Using a test product to get it to add some new product variations to a product but nothing is changing.

If a product already exists with variations and you are just trying to some additional variations to that product what is the best way to use the Smart Importer module to do this?

Do you use the options under the CSV Import tab or the CSV Export/Update tab? I would assume the CSV Export/Update tab. Which I did the Export Products and then cut out all the products other than the one I want to test an update on. Added the new variations with filling in the appropriate rows and columns and then used the I have CSV file for update with just that product in the CSV. I upload it, do the checkboxes, and get no errors. I go back and check that product and no new variations exist. So I am doing something wrong just not sure what.

Attaching the CSV file I am trying to use to update the product with the new variations. Basically for the test I have the product up there with the Black color option and trying to add the new variation of Cloud Blue.
