- Update to D10 readiness

- Provide a configuration UI

- Get rid of DB storing and benefit from Cache warmer that is already used by JsonAPI Boost
- Adapt code to add fields into the JsonAPI Path Alias resource
- Get rid of the prefix and return the resource on '/my/alias' + header / format validation
