Problem using different paragraphs in the landing page outside of the section

If you activate paragraphs besides the section paragraph in open social - on the landing page - and create pages with paragraphs on top Level - instead of paragraphs inside of the section paragraph, you get the following error WSOD on a view:

InvalidArgumentException: Field field_section_paragraph is unknown. in Drupal\Core\Entity\ContentEntityBase->getTranslatedField() (Zeile 587 in /var/www/html/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/ContentEntityBase.php).

Translation is activated - but not for this content type as in content translation
