Connection::prepare() undefined in Drupal 10

Problem/Motivation

In Drupal 10, the module WSODs the site when calling \InstapageCmsPluginDrupal8Connector::prepare()

Steps to reproduce

Using the branch from ✨ Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes with Info file RTBC , install and configure the module on Drupal 10.

Implement changes suggested in https://www.drupal.org/node/3137786 →

    This is likely not the correct fix. It seems more likely that a InstapageCmsPluginDrupal10Connector may need to be created here and other method refactored.
