Right now we have essentially two forks of Lingotek overrides: one that uses the Source plugins and one that doesn't. Unfortunately it's a big risk to migrate to the more up-to-date plugin system since we already have a lot of custom Source plugins.
We need to re-roll this MR https://git.drupalcode.org/project/lingotek_overrides/-/merge_requests/13 to support Drupal 10.
However, that original issue → has been marked as closed so I'm opening this issue and will be closing that MR.
