Honeypot and QueueMail patches no longer apply

Problem/Motivation

When installing with composer createproject the patches for honeypot and queue mail fail to apply. This causes the full install of the project to fail in an incomplete state.

Proposed resolution

Remove the patches from composer.json and update composer.lock file.
